Do you ever feel like you don’t have enough energy, lethargic or just tired all the time? Seems pretty common to be feeling these but few people know they are low thyroid symptoms. The list goes on however when it comes to just what the problems are that having an underactive throid causes. Millions upon millions of people suffer from hypothyroidism and it is not a very big percentage of those people that actually realize just what the problem is. Having your thyroid checked can be the next step for you to start feeling better, about yourself and just better in general.
I have written another post for you to view which is about underactive thyroid symptoms but you should be aware of some of the other symptoms that you need to look out for when determining if you may have a low thyroid problem, or hypothyroidism which means that your thyroid is not capable of producing the right amount of the thyroid hormone.
If you are suffering from any of the following symptoms then perhaps you should take the time to find out more information. Some other common symptoms of a low thyroid will include but not be limited to susceptibility to the cold which can also mean numbness in the hands and or feet. Hair loss when it seems unnatural or excessive, and one of the more common symptoms which is unexplained weight gain or the inability to lose weight.
